Your tasks

• Accepting and processing transport orders
• Dispatching our regional local-transport fleet
• Planning vehicle deployment with economic aspects in mind
• Close cooperation with all internal and external contacts
• Independent handling of administrative tasks
• Work in early and normal shifts

Your profile

• IHK qualification as a management assistant in freight forwarding and logistics services or completed training in a related commercial field
• Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Confident on the phone, good powers of expression
• Good spoken and written German
• A high degree of personal responsibility and sense of responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office

Your profile

• Further training as a transport manager (m/f/d) is an advantage
• Good spoken and written German
• Confident use of MS Office
• Ideally first experience in leading or coordinating smaller teams
• Driving licence class C/CE desirable
• Organisational talent, sense of responsibility, assertiveness & strong communication skills
