Whether exchanging ideas with our warehouse staff and drivers or in contact with customers and partners – you are right in the middle of the action. Logistics thrives on good teamwork. Your tasks

• You plan and organise the shipping, transhipment and storage of goods
• Controlling and monitoring transport chains nationally and internationally
• Communicating with customers, service providers and business partners
• You prepare transport documents and process freight and customs papers
• Handling complaints
• You help to optimise logistics processes and find customer-oriented solutions

Your profile

• You have good school qualifications (at least a secondary school certificate)
• Interest in business processes and logistics
• You work in a structured, careful and responsible way
• You enjoy contact with customers and business partners
• You are communicative, like working in a team and are keen to keep learning
• You have confident spoken and written German
• First experience with MS Office

Even if this “big wide world” mainly lies between Hanover, Bielefeld and Osnabrück at first, as you gain experience you will have the opportunity to work in long-distance transport later on. Your tasks

• You learn to drive various vehicles (from a Sprinter van to a 40-tonne lorry)
• Planning tours and helping to organise transport processes
• You check, secure and load goods properly
• Checking vehicles for roadworthiness and carrying out care and maintenance work
• You learn to use modern on-board computers and telematics systems
• Keeping transport documents and processing delivery notes
• You comply with legal regulations such as driving and rest times and safety rules

• You are reliable and like taking on responsibility
• You are motivated to learn a practical profession
• Good orientation and keeping an overview are among your strengths

• You receive goods and check deliveries for quantity and quality
• Loading and unloading internal and external vehicles
• You pick orders, pack goods properly and prepare them for shipping
• You operate modern warehouse and transport equipment
• Carrying out stock checks and inventories
• You prepare accompanying documents and work with warehouse management systems

Your profile

• You have good school qualifications (at least a lower secondary school certificate)
• Interest in logistics processes and practical work
• You are reliable and like taking on responsibility
• You are physically fit and like to get stuck in
• Good numeracy is one of your strengths
• You are a team player and work independently
• You have confident spoken and written German
