How it works
- Enter the consignment numberYou'll find the 20-character number in your shipping notification.
- Choose a safe placeFor example the garage, terrace or a neighbour – ideally with a short description.
- SendOur customer service records the authorisation for the delivery.
Good to know
- Please give the authorisation no later than the day before delivery
- Once left at the agreed place, the consignment is deemed delivered.
- The authorisation only applies to the consignment stated.
